Team Members buy Telme products and services at a discounted price; customers pay the recommended price. In this way, each Team Member gets an immediate bonus on the price difference.

FAST START BONUS (minimum of 60 personal CVs per month)

TEAM VOLUME COMMISSIONS (minimum of 60 personal CVs per month). Each month you earn 10% on the commissionable volume (CV) generated by your smallest team.

Commissions are paid on increments of 100 CVs with a maximum of 250,000 CVs per month per business centre ($25000).

PROFIT SHARING BONUS (minimum of 12 0 personal CVs per month) All Team Members who have reached the position of Manger or superior, will earn a percentage on the Team Volume Commissions of the Team Members present in their sponsoring tree until the 7th layer. Each personally sponsored Team Member is considered on your 1st Layer.

Consequently, when a person on your 1st level personally sponsors someone, this becomes your 2nd layer and so forth.

TEAM BUILDER BONUS

Each month, 3% of the CVs generated by total company sales are divided between the team members at Team Builder level who have attained a monthly growth of 1000CVs on their smallest personal team compared to the previous month.

Each increase of 1000CVs compared to the previous month = 1 share;

This bonus is only available to distributors who are qualified as Managers, Regional Managers, National Managers and Directors.

CAR MANTENAINCE For all months you are qualified as National Director or superior, Telme will help you maintain your car with a dedicated bonus. National Director: $500 monthly International Director: $1000 monthly Executive: $1500 monthly International Executive: $2000 monthly Team Executive President: $3000 monthly

TRAVEL BONUS For all months you are qualified as National Director or superior, Telme will reimburse the costs of your business travels. National Director: $500 monthly International Director: $1000 monthly Executive: $1500 monthly International Executive: $2000 monthly Team Executive President: $3000 monthly

Each year, all National Directors superiors are invited to the annual convention of top leaders, which will be held in a exotic location. To take enjoy this exclusive opportunity, distributors must maintain their position for at least three months during the year. Contributions towards travel costs vary from year to year, depending on the event’s location and the position achieved.

MONTHLY ORDER TO QUALIFY

• One order equivalent to 60CVs in products and services makes you eligible to participate in the Fast Start Bonus and in the Team Volume Commissions.
• One order equivalent to 120CVs in products and services makes you eligible to participate in the Complete Pay Plan.
