There are no "cycles".
You don’t need to "balance" your organisation to the right or to the left to earn.
There are no penalties on bonuses.
There are no positions that are difficult to reach.

It may seem complicated, but the Telme plan is one of the simplest pay plans: it does NOT focus on the concept that one needs to GAIN POSITIONS to earn, but rather focuses on the concept that by qualifying, you will receive EARNINGS AND ADDITIONAL BONUSES.
- In MultiLayer, you simply sponsor the people in your team to the right or to the left.
- You receive $20 to $150 with the Fast Start Bonus.
- As soon as your right or left team begins to grow, you get 10% of your smallest team’s volume, up to a maximum of $25,000 dollars a month for a single business centre.
- When you get to the Manger Position (1500CVs of total volume on your smallest team) you will participate in a Profit Sharing Bonus that enables you to earn 25% to 50% of the total paid to each of your sponsors.
As if this is not enough, you will receive a bonus on the earnings of THEIR sponsoring up to the 7ma generation: the only requirement for all of these bonuses is a simple monthly personal order. - You can also qualify to obtain "shares" thanks to the Team Builder Bonus (if you have ordered the Team Builder Kit).
This 3% is divided by the total number of assigned shares.
All in all, MultiLayer earnings methods are divided into three types: Transaction income, leverage residual income and bonus.
Transaction income
Transaction Income methods enable you to earn each time that you make a particular action.
The two MultiLayer transaction components are: earnings on retail products and the Fast Start Bonus.
1. Earnings on retail products.
As a Telme Team Member, you can buy products at a discounted price and then resell them on the market at a recommended retail price, getting an immediate bonus on the price difference.
2. Fast Start Bonus.
This is an optimum way to start earning and to make profits quickly. Sponsor a Team Member to Team Builder level and you will receive $150 on their first order.
If instead you sponsor a Team Member to Top Partner level, you will receive $60 on their first order, otherwise by sponsoring them to Partner level, you will receive $20 on their first order.
Leverage residual income
Residual income is earning that continues over time for work that you have previously done. The two methods that generate income within MultiLayer are the Team Volume Commissions and the Profit Sharing Bonus.

With Telme, everyone builds two teams, one to the right and one to the left. This dual system is designed to fully support the structure’s growth and to guarantee you to have a strong line of sponsorship at your shoulders. As everyone builds a dual structure, there is a real possibility of a weak leg that the team members above you actively contribute to your strong leg organisation. And this generated volume is added to your team volume. |
Team Volume Commissions let you earn 10% each month on CVs generated in your smallest team up to a maximum of 250,000 CVs per month. This means that with TVC alone, you can earn up to $25,000 a month, without considering the other opportunities that MultiLayer plan offers you! And this calculation is made on just one Business Centre. Imagine being at Team Builder or Top Partner level: you would get three Business Centres tripling TVC up to a maximum of $75,000 a month!
4. Profit Sharing Bonus (PSB).
Once you get this bonus, you will understand why we say that MulitLayer is the biggest innovation in pay plans of the last 15 or 20 years!

PSB earns by calculating 25-50% of the Team Volume Commission (TVC) earned by each Team Member who you have personally sponsored, irrespective of the position that they have within your organisation. Whatever the growth of your structure, there will always be personalised sponsoring and thus you will ALWAYS receive a bonus in relation to each of their earnings. Consequently, you don’t just earn on your direct sponsoring but also on the their downliners (your second layer).
As soon as you progress in our career plan, you will be able to earn on more layers, up to 7th.
